Scrambled Eggs:
Making Scrambled Eggs requires a cooking level of 13 to make, so you'll need to repeat the gathering/cooking process of chicken or beef to go from 10-13. You can make Scrambled Eggs AT LITTLE COST using the strategies below:
- Eggs: Get from Lumbridge chicken pen (or buy at Culinaromancer's Chest)
- Bowls: Buy from Culinaromancer's Chest or from a General Store
If you are a Member, you can make Scrambled Eggs for free in your house if you have a completed kitchen with a teak larder in your House.
Withdraw 13 eggs and 13 bowls, use the eggs with the bowls, and cook the eggs on the Cook's Range in Lumbridge.
You'll need to make 150-160 Scrambled Eggs to level up to 25 from level 13. So that means you'll need 160 eggs and 160 bowls collected before you begin.
Once you get to level 15, you can alternatively begin another quick strategy, fishing.
Fishing in Barbarian Village:
Go to Catherby or Port Sarim and buy yourself several feathers and a fly fishing-rod. Once you've done that, you'll need to head up to the east-side of Barbarian Village and begin fishing. At this time, you should also say in-game something along the lines of "Taking free raws." and pick up the fish that other players drop.
You'll be surprised at how many people will happily give you their fish (or will drop them for you). When you're inventory is full, run North to Edgeville bank and back to begin fishing again until you have 110 pieces of trout.
From here, the end of your goal is almost in sight. Use the Cook's Range in Lumbridge to minimize the burn-rate for your food and watch yourself shoot up to level 25.
